Exercise - is there anything it doesn't do?

Ask just about anyone the one thing they should be doing, but aren't and chances are you'll hear exercise. Research into the prevention of cancer has shown that regular exercise (a minimum of four hours per week) reduces your chances of developing certain cancers by 37%. In addition, regular exercise builds bones, reduces fat, and strengthens the muscles. Also, if you do develop cancer, you stand a better chance of beating it if you're strong and healthy before hand.
