Should I write my will?

You can't take it with you.

Contrary to the bumper sticker, he who dies with the most toys still dies. So, it's best to have a written plan (living will, will, etc) on who gets your toys. Make your wishes known in writing and verbally as to who gets your diamond ring, your RV, Fluffy, and everything else you've acquired. Not only can you relax knowing it's all taken care of, there won't be any family arguments over your heirloom china.
