Depressed? Write it out.

When faced with cancer, the feelings of despair, anguish, hurt, shock, and even death fill your mind. If those feelings are left inside, they will only feed the cancer. Take a pen, paper, word processor, paint, canvas, or sculpture and set those feelings free. Express yourself, even if no one ever sees it, and allow yourself to feel the rage and betrayal and once the feelings are out, move on with the war in front of you.
